1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TurboClaw ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TurboClaw is a platform that enables users to deploy and manage OpenClaw AI-powered chatbot instances on Telegram. We provide the hosting infrastructure, server provisioning, and management tools. The AI models powering the chatbots are provided by Anthropic (Claude).

3. Account Registration

To use TurboClaw, you must create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Subscription and Payments

• TurboClaw is a paid subscription service billed monthly at $39/month via Stripe.
• Each subscription includes $15 in AI credits refreshed monthly.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account page.
• We offer a 2-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. Contact us within that period for a full refund.
• After the 2-day period, payments are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. AI Credits and Usage

AI credits are consumed when your bot processes messages using Anthropic's Claude API. Credit usage varies by model (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku) and message length. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles. If credits are exhausted, your bot will stop responding until credits are refreshed or you provide your own API key.

6. Telegram Bot Tokens

You are responsible for creating and managing your own Telegram bot via @BotFather. You must provide a valid bot token to use the Service. We store your bot token securely to operate the bot on your behalf. You may revoke your token at any time through Telegram, which will stop your bot.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TurboClaw to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Distribute malware or phishing content
• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

8. Third-Party Services

TurboClaw relies on third-party services including Anthropic (AI models), Telegram (messaging platform), Stripe (payment processing), Google (authentication), and Hetzner (server infrastructure). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your bot instances will be shut down and your data may be deleted. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

Your use of TurboClaw is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
